By making this Privacy Policy available on our website, we confirm we are a member of the Jonic Group and we are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act).

Where appropriate, we will handle personal information relying on the employee records exemption and the related bodies corporate exemption in the Privacy Act. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing it on our websites. What personal information do we collect and why?

We collect the personal information we need to manage our developments, perform contractual obligations and to provide information to you. If you choose not to provide certain personal information to us, we may not be able to provide you with the services you require.

  • Employees and contractors and job applicants When you apply for a job with us we may collect certain information from you (including your name and contact details, information about your working history and relevant records checks), from any recruitment consultant and from your previous employers and others who may be able to provide information to us to assist us in our decision on whether or not to make you an offer of employment. We do not sell email, telephone or fax numbers or other personal information to any other entity.

We do not disclose personal information to recipients outside of Australia.

We have taken and will continue to take reasonable steps to seek to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and from any unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
